Viewin Completes Acquisition of RealTax Canada to Strengthen Our Digital Tax & Compliance Ecosystem

We are pleased to announce that Viewin has completed the acquisition of RealTax Canada, a well-established online tax preparation and filing platform serving individuals, newcomers, and small businesses across Canada.

This acquisition represents an important step in our long-term strategy to build a fully integrated digital tax and compliance ecosystem. Over the past several years, we have expanded Viewin’s service capabilities across taxation, financial advisory, B2B Growth, HR solutions and advisory services. The addition of RealTax Canada strengthens the technology foundation that supports these services.

With this acquisition, we are integrating RealTax’s proven online filing engine, automated workflow tools, and user platform into the broader Viewin infrastructure. Our goal is to offer clients a unified digital experience—combining online self-service tax filing, guided support within the same ecosystem.

In the coming months, we will begin consolidating both systems to deliver:
